If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your pearl jewelry item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). Customers are also free to exchange their product for another item if they are unsatisfied for any reason.

Customers that receive their product through our free UPS ground shipping promotion will incur a $10 return fee to compensate for shipping services. Also, any pearl rings that have been modified to a customers personal size will incur a $35 restocking fee in order to alter the ring to its original condition.
