First off I would like to preface this testimonial by saying that I was more than a little hesitant to order jewelry online, but the jewelry looked so great and the prices were so reasonable that I really couldn't close the page. So I called up and spoke to a great sales associate who was really knowledgeable and answered each of my many questions. So after deciding that this was a legitimate business selling quality pearls I took the plunge and placed an order keeping in mind that I could return it if I didn't love it. 3 days later I received my order, prepared to be somewhat disappointed but to my great surprise and relief the jewelry was gorgeous! I ordered a pair of golden studs and a matching pendant both of which were beautiful. I just received the pearl necklaces I ordered for my daughter and my wife and am extremely pleased with the quality. I checked out several retail stores just to see what was out there before finding Laguna Pearl. Looking at sizes and lengths of the necklaces in store actually made ordering online a lot easier. When I came across Laguna Pearl I was shocked at how low the prices were. I had bought pearls before (regrettably from retail stores) so I was very familiar with the variations in quality that usually accompanied low costs. Since I could return it if I didn't like its, I figured I had nothing to lose by giving them a try. I ordered, what I was hoping would be a stunning 9-10 mm White South Sea Necklace and I was not disappointed. The pearls were among the best quality I have seen and the cream color was stunning. Just for kicks, I took the necklace to my appraiser where it appraised for nearly double the price I paid for it! I don't know how Laguna Pearl manages to sell such amazing pearls at such low prices but Im sure happy that they do! I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the beautiful jewelry I received yesterday. I ordered a matching set of tahitian jewelry consisting of earrings, pendant and ring and each piece is absolutely gorgeous. What I really appreciated were all the options I had to personalize my jewelry. I was really pleased to see that the pearls in all three pieces matched perfectly! I guess when they said they make their pieces to order, they really meant it. I cant imagine how else they could match the pearls so well. I have always wanted a string of pearls but, to be honest, I really didn't know anything about pearls and I couldn't afford to spend exorbitant amounts of money. I was a little doubtful of the kind of pearls I would get online so I picked up the phone to ask a few questions. The sales associate I spoke to (Sammy) spent about an hour answering all my questions and educating me on the basics of pearls. He then assured me that if I was not 100% satisfied, I could return the necklace.
